About Billy Bobs Golf

Bill Blankenship has had a love affair with golf all his life. Born in California and raised on the 16th fairway at the Glendora Country Club. Bill holds multiple U.S patents for on-golf club extensions and shaft adaptor designs. He was also the originial designer for the collared ferrules, which have become the industry standard for graphite shaft installations.

Mr. Blankenship maintains ties and networks with club builders around the world and he continnually receives the input needed to stay on the cutting edge of developing parts for the club making industry. Billy Bob’s Golf remains true to our slogan

The Billy Bobs Golf product line include many new and improved products and designs. Billy Bob’s Golf has designed and patented new parts and improved a number of our current parts in response to your suggestions and a changing golf industry since 1995.

President of the company and Sem-Retired, Bill believes in Family and Billy Bob’s Golf has been a family owned business since 1995.

Mr. Blankenship’s daughter took control of the company 8 years ago and now runs day to day operations.

Mr. Blankenship’s nephew, under Bill’s supervision and employ for 12 years. Just very knowledgable, we call him “Shaft Man”
